License and Reuse Information
Creative Commons licensing, author rights, and responsible reuse.
Journal of Tax Policy, Economics, and Accounting (TAXPEDIA) publishes scholarly articles under the journal's stated Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). The journal's Copyright Notice provides for author copyright retention and the right of first publication granted to TAXPEDIA.

1. Licensed Permissions
The license permits users to copy, share, redistribute, translate, adapt, and build upon licensed materials, including for commercial purposes. Users must comply with the attribution and ShareAlike conditions and respect material subject to separate third-party rights.
2. Attribution Requirements
Users must give appropriate credit, link to the license, and indicate modifications where made. Appropriate scholarly attribution should identify the authors, article title, journal, year, volume, issue, and DOI or permanent URL when available. Attribution must not imply author or publisher endorsement.
3. ShareAlike and Additional Restrictions
When adaptations are shared, they must be distributed under CC BY-SA 4.0 or an approved compatible license. Users may not impose legal terms or effective technological restrictions that prevent uses authorized under the license.
4. Author Rights and Repositories
Under the journal's stated copyright arrangement, authors retain copyright and grant TAXPEDIA first publication rights. Authors may deposit and distribute the published work in appropriate repositories and academic channels, with acknowledgment of the original publication and applicable licensing terms.
5. Third-Party Materials and Historical Records
Images, datasets, and other material expressly excluded from the article license may require separate authorization. The license associated with an already published article should not be silently changed. Any future change to the journal's licensing policy must be reflected accurately in OJS, article landing pages, PDF files, and publication metadata.
License Consistency Notice: The Editorial Office should ensure that references to CC BY-SA 4.0 are consistent across the journal's Copyright Notice, OJS Submission settings, article landing pages, license statements, and relevant PDF metadata. Different Creative Commons licenses must not be presented as interchangeable.
